Calculate your Batching Mix Design
This worksheet will calculate individual weights based upon design data inputs. It will calculate both SSD mix weights for Customer mix design certificates and also wet weights for a concrete batching plant to use. Most importantly it will calculate your mix design costs based upon your material component cost prices. It will use material moisture content to accurately reflect a 'dynamic' cost. This dynamic cost simulates exactly what is delivered into your concrete plant storage bins and when all is converted into your mix cost it will reduce theoretical stock loss.
