Use this simple database to produce estimates, quotations and invoices. Keep records of your sales invoicing and use the built in address book for all your contacts. Use the simple customer contacts diary log to record all your activities with your customers.

 

Invoicing Database Features:-

  • Main working form - This is where all the action is, enter your customers from here and create your documents. You can also keep track of your activities with your customer with a simple Customer contact diary log.
  • Documents header form - Use this form to enter your document header details..
  • Documents Details form - This is where you enter your document details and values.
  • Document change view - You can change the table view to reveal more entry fields.
  • Comments facility - This is a comments entry facility to allow extra details on the document prints, you would change these comments to suit the document type printed.
  • Company details - Use this form to record your company details that appear on the bottom of all the document prints. This is where you can put your company logo so that it appears on the document prints. The company logo is a windows bitmap file (*.bmp image)
